hardware integrated with the already implemented POS system.
The project was characterized by ‘pioneering’ the technical
challenges.

It involved design, customization development, implementation
and roll out at 189 bakeries. Especially challenges due to over
120 ‘owners’ involved. Project was handed to me at the
development acceptation stage in order to avoid a contractual
legal project abortion and damage claim. The project eventually
became a success.
