Given that I'm the only accounting personnel to handle a restaurant, I basically do the whole accounting process ( Purchases, Sales, Inventory, Check Preparation, Check Releasing, Bank Reconciliation, P & L Statement, Financial Statement ) and other significant reports and monitoring. I'm working at Pasig for office works and go to our restaurant in Mandaluyong on specific days to pick up the sales, invoices, delivery receipts, bank statement and do the weekly inventory.
I also have other responsibilities like DTR collection ( Payroll Purposes ) Monthly Tax Remittances and Monthly Contributions Remittances ( SSS, HDMF & Philhealth ). I find my current job to be very challenging and overwhelming because all these things are needed to be done on different locations, given that I always have my laptop ( for working purposes ) with me, which makes my travel a complete struggle.
Examples are: SSS transaction is to be done in Q.Ave, HDMF in GMA Kamuning, Philhealth in Mandaluyong, Tax Remittances in Roosevelt. Etc.
I'm OK with my current job but it is more physically challenging.
