I have a experience of more than 14 years in Bpo.I had also worked for third party collections as a Team leader for 6 years.My job profile was to handle a team, giving feedback, weekly/monthly performance review, quality coach,handle attrition, absenteeism,leave tracking.

I specialized in Sales, Marketing and Operations. I never get tired of learning new things specially if it's something where I can grow more and build my personality. I've been working virtually for several international companies for over 3 years straight while at most of the time I worked full time as a manager, yes, I love multitasking and learning new things.

Im the type of person that loves working hard but, I work smart more often. I always make sure that whenever I do things, It's great.
