• Management of SVA line equipment corresponding to multiple technology providers; SMSC Mavenir, SMSC / VMS / RBT / DRA / MME Huawei Cloud, Cisco ASR 5000 (SGSN/ GGSN), Ericsson SGSN-MME (SPGW/SGW), Storage Server M4000 Oracle Microsystems.
• Back Office Level 3 support for 1000+ users belonging to the Claro Central America network; mobile services (SMS, voice, mobile browsing, settings).
• Back Office Level 3 Support for Corporate VIP clients oriented to bulk SMS services, aimed at Banks, Aggregators and multimedia companies (Transactional notifications, advertising campaigns, subscription of multimedia content through SMS).
• Back Office Level 2 Support for Corporate VIP clients oriented to mobile data services, aimed at Banks, land transport companies (GPS Location) or companies that use the mobile data network for the management of multiple equipment nationwide through VPN.
