I worked as a Technical support agent for 1 year and 3 months for outbound and inbound calling mainly operating on the back-end tools. From then, I was being transferred over to another LOB (line of business) as a Customer Service associate for 1 year and 8 months due to metric basis and high-level of performance, I handled incoming and outgoing calls fixing customer's video, cable, internet and phone services. We provide trouble shooting options and step by step procedures to resolved customer's concerns and inquiries.
On April 2016, I started to have a home-based jobs and was hired as an English Online Teacher and at the same time as a freelancer for social media advertising (Facebook), customer service, inbound-outbound calling, lead generation and appointment setting.
