Hello there, My name is Erika, 24 years old, and a graduate of Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Services. I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at a BPO Company here in the Philippines wherein I handled Billing and Sales for AT&T Telecommunications Company Account.I was trained on how to do Inbound and outbound calls, product-selling and most importantly to assist customers with their billing problems and other inquiries.I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for an online boutique, cold-calling prospective leads to introduce the clothing line, to gather contact details for us to be able to send them the lookbook which is a fashion showcase of a designer's latest collection created for marketing efforts and to attract buyers. Aside from cold-calling, I also handled client emails, appointment setting, lead gathering and data entry. Recently, I worked as an Email support Agent for an online store wherein I handled customer issues and product-related inquiries using Zendesk and Freshdesk. I am a hardworker,multi-tasker,fast-learner, patient, reliable, trustworthy, can work independently or as part of a team, and willing to be trained. I am dedicated, goal-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
