I am proficient with Microsoft office suite. I work well under pressure. I have 6-year experience in the BPO industry from working as a Technical support agent, billing agent, customer service, chat and email support agent. I also have 2 years experience working in a Magazine editorial company based in the United States wherein I started as a Junior Editor and worked my way up to being an Assistant Chief Editor where my tasks include proofreading and email handling and had been working in a supporting role for the new hires wherein I was trained to use Wordpress. I had also worked as a digital marketer and was trained to use Canva for the purpose of digital marketing.
