I have been in the customer service industry , with relevant experience in different customer-facing jobs. I have worked in the call center as customer and technical support agent for over 8 years ; was a casino dealer for over 2 years and also worked in the hospitality industry for over 2 years. I was responsible in a lot of things to which all were proven to be delivered perfectly and in a timely manner. Some of what I do are as follows:
