I have been working as a Virtual Admin Assistant for a Travel Company in Japan for almost a year now. The wide range of work helped me build my expertise in customer service where I am tasked to answer inquiries regarding bookings, manual cancellations and refunds using WordPress. I also do accounting services where I manage expense claims and payroll using Xero. I am well versed on using Google Docs and Google Sheets. I work directly with the CEO and Managers to create and update important documents for the company. Uploading and managing the tours we sell on different travel platforms are my daily accomplishments. I always make sure that our guests are well catered for.

I studied BS Computer Science major in Software Engineering. I worked for a real estate company last 2018 and is also a Licensed Financial Advisor. I am detail oriented, focused, well-driven, proactive and plans ahead to meet deadlines on time. 

As for unwinding, watching movies and series, playing video games, watching anime, reading manga and traveling are the things that takes me out of this busy world. I am always willing to learn new things and have new experiences not just in work but in life as well. Because of this, I am always excited to meet new people and learn their experiences and be inspired by it.
