I currently conceptualize, develop, and deploy the technical solutions for a remote digital marketing
agency called New Market Group. I manage and maintain 352 wordpress lead generation websites, and
maintain / operate 3 Twilio based phone routing systems. I coordinated an outsourced upgrade of the
phone systems capabilities, from RFP to deployment. I consolidated the primary numbers and accounts
into phone system 1 through database queries and php modifications successfully with almost no
downtime. I installed site status monitoring software on all sites, as well as traffic monitoring/analytics
software. I troubleshoot errors from site downtime to user account issues. I manage site / server
backups and restorations.
Data Analyst, Sunrise Media Partners
May 2015 – April 2016
Starting as a Data Analyst at this digital marketing firm, I began with the responsibilities of daily revenue
reporting, database maintenance and archiving, data analysis across multiple CRMs, LMSs, and
databases. I provide occasional end user support of our call center agents in a linux desktop
environment. By discerning consistent data trends, in my first four months with the company I was able
to reduce our lead generation / purchasing budget by 57% while having a positive impact on conversion
rates. At this point, I transitioned into a client-facing role, and gained the responsibility of coordinating
our data brokering neg and partnerships in the web sector. I developed the subject verbiage, creative,
and contact schedule of our email marketing campaign, which significantly boosted our contact rates. I
also manage our SMS marketing campaign through Twilio (we tested Plivo, some familiarity with it) and
an in-house CRM. I interface with our partners in affiliate marketing and retargeting networks to
optimize display advertising campaigns.

During college, I worked for an inbound call center primarily troubleshooting WAN/LAN configuration
issues for clients on DSL and Fiber networks. However, I also assisted customers with everything from
Operating System issues to Mobile device configuration. Additionally, I gained experience with
SSH/Telnet, VPN configuration, and a basic familiarity with Adtran and Cisco servers. During this fast
paced environment, I was commonly required to multi task, assisting coworkers via a text based chat
system while on the phone with clients.

During my service, I was tasked with the supervision of a team comprised of four soldiers in operations
ranging from disaster relief to strategic conflict resolution. I was selected for early promotion to the Non

years into my service. I consistently displayed the ability to lead under the pressure of direct media
