NOYES ELEMENTARY WORK PROJET Project description Project Name: Noyes Elementary School Companies: Office Team / Richard & Richard Construction Contractor: Pasadena School District Duration of project: 3 weeks. For this project, I was responsible for administrating and collecting all extra materials from subcontractors. This is called the “closeout stage’ which is the pre-final stage of the construction project at Noyes Elementary School located in Altadena, CA. While the Superintendent was busy supervising the work of the contractors, before the subcontractors completed the project, it was required by the contract for them to leave additional materials in case of damage or wear/tear in the project area. My job was to make an inventory of such items and deliver them to the Pasadena School District to be examined and approved. After finishing that pre-last stage my work was done and I needed to pack and have the office trailer picked up. I cleaned the office, put all the files and media in storage boxes, and presented them to the operations manager so he could take back all project details to headquarters. I also called the company responsible for picking up the trailer so that it would give the contractors the space necessary to complete the area (Landscaping) and thus the project.
