Location: La Mirada, CA Señor Snacks' freight delivery system had certain flaws that as our sales began to rise and freight deliveries increased, made it hard for the office to keep up with freight deliveries. But the process in which we carry out the various stages to send freight deliveries was unorganized and confusing for example, people were not sure was their role was in the process and would have to fill in the tasks that no one was responsible for, increasing their workload by 50%. So after I started noticing frustration from my co-workers, I took it upon myself to devise a flowchart that would be organized and would make it quicker to deliver the goods. In the flowchart, everyone involved would have a specific task to do and forward it to the next person for him or her to do the next task, and so on. This became the norm in which we were successful as a team we even learned other team duties.
