I have more than 13 years of professional experience working in diverse facets of Customer Service and Technical Support that required me to complete a variety of tasks. This honed me to become adept in a wide range of skills. But, in these set of various skills, I would say that I have found a niche in hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows administration, Networking to name a few.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows server
• Experience in Citrix & VMware
• Experience using Sl@ck, Microsoft Teams
• Experience with modem/router setup and configuration
• Working knowledge of wireless networks
• Experience in configuring backup jobs and maintaining backup technologies (Shadow Protect)
• Diagnose and rectify WAN and LAN issues, including ADSL based technologies
• Remote access tools experience, LogMeIn, TeamViewer, Bomgar, Datto RMM
