I’m Erich Juliana Fhaye H. Balderrama, a detail-oriented and purpose-driven young professional with a passion for service, creativity, and self-growth. I graduated with honors from STI College – Global City under the Accountancy, Business, and Management strand. After high school, I pursued a Bachelor in Cooperatives at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and completed two years of coursework. My studies focused on business management, financial systems, and community-based development training that strengthened both my technical and interpersonal skills.

The Cooperatives program emphasized value-driven leadership and economic empowerment, which shaped the way I approach both teamwork and independent projects. While I decided not to complete the degree, the knowledge and experience I gained continue to serve as a foundation in everything I do, especially now that I’m shifting my path toward freelancing.

From 2014 to 2017, I volunteered for the Red Cross Youth Council, where I learned discipline, cooperation, and the importance of being present for a team. In 2023, I took on the role of Stage Manager at the 17th Tanghal National University and Community-Based Theatre Festival under ARTES Global. Managing performers, technical cues, and event flow taught me real-time coordination and leadership in high-pressure settings.

My leadership journey continued as the Music Organization Representative for ARTES Global, where I organized meetings with school heads, prepared event proposals, and helped run successful student-led programs. These experiences enhanced my communication, organization, and decision-making abilities key qualities I now apply in my freelance work.

In freelancing, I’m combining my administrative and creative skills to support clients in areas like virtual assistance, content support, event planning, and bookkeeping. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong foundational skills in business tools, basic computer operations, and financial tracking. My strengths include being a team player, an effective communicator, and a fast learner with a proactive mindset.

Creatively, I’m drawn to photography and the performing arts, which fuel my passion and originality. My blend of business training and artistic interest gives me a unique edge in freelance roles that require both structure and creative problem-solving.
