Erica Whitfield

I am a customer service professional with experience finding resolutions that help customers and companies reach their goals. My diverse background has molded me into a customer service professional with a unique approach to resolving customer issues.

I am an unrelenting resolution seeker driven to help people. That attribute has contributed to my most recent success as an At Home Advisor for Kelly Services. I also spoke in meetings for different teams, including my own, to help other advisors become better advisors.

My passion for learning and teaching others make 1:1 demonstrations perfect for me. I have come to love resolving different technical issues and using spreadsheets for different things. I love to shop for the best deal, and I usually find them at Amazon. I am very flexible and available to work any shift where I can be beneficial to the team.

Meanwhile, I participated in discussions in a product feedback database and researched another product knowledge base for solutions. I believe teamwork and the hunger for knowledge in the workplace is key to success, a tenet I live out through participation in different online discussion groups to assist different users. 

I am currently working as a freelance customer service professional and am always interested in a challenge.
