I have 8+ years of experience in Leading Projects & Operations for a Marketing Company.

I started out as an Executive at a tech company, where I managed backend operations and got a solid understanding of how things run behind the scenes. That experience gave me the confidence to start my own agency, helping businesses hire remote employees—well before remote work became the norm.

After closing the agency, I shifted gears and got into Marketing Operations. I dove into setting up processes, creating SOPs, and figuring out better ways to get things done. Eventually, I led the Operations for Marketing Companies, helping improve how the team worked and scaled making Million Dollars in Sales because of our effective and proven systems and strategies.

I enjoy solving problems, building systems that make work smoother, and helping teams grow. Always open to new ideas, collaborations, or just connecting with like-minded people.
