I have been part of the BPO industry for almost 9 years, I started as a Customer Service Representative for major telecommunications company in the US such as Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile, I was exposed into handling several tasks as a CSR. I get to handle actual customer service responsibility, billing and collections, technical support while making sure that I abide by policies of the company, and exceed client expectations, then I get the chance to be exposed to Recruitment when I was transferred internally from operations to Recruitment. And I learned a lot about recruiting, I learned how to properly gauge potential applicants, how to manage and have a good relationship with my stakeholders and make sure to hire quality candidates.
