Eric Martinez Caguimbal

I've been a sales/store supervisor twice and an ESL tutor for several years. Despite lacking formal education, I've had the privilege of doing those aforementioned jobs, and they can definitely speak on my behalf. I may not be adept in anything in particular outside teaching and supervision, but I can confidently say that I'm a fast learner and I can keep pace with new approaches as far as doing a particular job is concerned. My ability to build rapport with other people is one of my advantages since I've been involved with customer-centric jobs. My experiences of interacting with foreigners, specifically Koreans and Chinese, enable me to become more aware of people's differences. With that, I am now more capable of dealing with issues that might affect my relationship with my customers/clients. I definitely know when and how to adjust myself in a given situation which I believe is expected of me. Of course, I have my weaknesses, but I'm always willing to improve myself until what's expected of me is fulfilled. My flexibility to do my job has helped me become an efficient and effective employee. My goals include contributing to the progress of the organization where I belong and making myself worthy of the opportunity that has been given to me. I'm more of an independent worker, I can do a particular job with less supervision. I value integrity and that's one of the reasons why I was and have been entrusted with the aforementioned jobs.
