Hello! My name is Erico Ernesto Lucente. I am 27 years old from Philippines.

I am currently working as a Manager/Adminstrator on a Security Agency here in Manila for more than 3 years. I am in charge in recruiting/interviewing possible candidates for our Agency and making payrolls for our employees. I provide our employees security and visit them thrice a week to ensure their safety and if they are doing what they are paid for. I conduct assessments and management solutions for the area of responsibility. I also manage our social media accounts and doing some contents for our company.
