I have over 10 years of broad knowledge of server technologies and architectures with the following OEMs :-Microsoft,Oracle,IBM,Cisco,HPE,DellEMC,Hitachi,Redhat and Netapp.I am currently consulting for a government agency administering Hitachi blade server architecture and private cloud infrastructure in two data centers running VMware. Previously I was employed by Mahindra Comviva Ltd as a senior systems engineer to offer Infrastructure support (servers/storage/backup) to Airtel Money platform for Airtel Africa. I have worked as a systems Infrastructure engineer at Kenya airways where I was in charge of Unix/Linux/ VMware and Hyper-V environments in the Data center. I was also tasked with support for all Cargo Systems and applications. I have also worked as a systems administrator at Stanbic Bank. My roles included Server Administration on HPUX/Unix/AIX Platforms. T24/Model Bank Core Banking Application Administration. System Resources Administration on SAN Storage. My Career started at Standard Chartered Bank Offering first Level User ICT support to clients.
