Construction, where I have held progressively responsible leadership roles, has

In my current role as Operations Manager at Zakhumzi Construction, I have

successfully overseen company-wide operations, including fleet and asset

management, financial forecasting, and risk mitigation. By implementing

process improvements, I have achieved measurable efficiency gains, while my

leadership in stakeholder engagement has strengthened partnerships and

ensured business continuity. Leveraging project management tools such as MS

Project, Asana, and Trello, I have introduced technology-driven solutions that
