I have endured Intensive Communications Skills Training and Product Specific Training. I am a Nursing College Undergraduate due to financial reasons. Not because I am not a degree holder, I sulked and be one of the nations parasite. So I decided to join a Job Caravan and I got invited for an assessment at their office the next day. I didn't thought that it was my stepping stone to be a Customer Care Expert. Starting from understanding how to interpret a simple monthly bill, types of mobile plans, explaining product details in an online selling venue, giving self service tips, walking through customers basic troubleshooting for their mobile phones, from DSL to Optic Fiber upgrades, cable remote quick fixes, troubleshooting Kindle E-readers and Fire Tablets and plug & play streaming devices until I ended up falling in love with Alexa. My journey from a simple Custmer Care Expert turned out to be a truly Technical Care Expert that gets satisfaction upon hearing a customer's happiness once a gadget is fixed. I tried to leave this toxic industry many times but it was too late for me turn my back because I fell hard for it. I am grateful to be part of different types of support where I was able to test the waters and found where I am tailored fit. For the last 10 years I learned how to be a team player, became a Subject Matter Expert and an Ambassador of Expertise. Customer obsession is definitely my greatest quality.
