Continuation of employment for all AED employees is at the convenience ofAED and contingent upon continuation of
client funding, project staffing needs, employee performance, and subject to the labor/employment statutes and

regulations ofUNMIK/Kosovo. This project ends on September 24,2011.
This position offers a daily rate of67,45 Euros which is the equivalent of 17,537 Euros on an annual basis. This salary
amount is a gross amount, and AED will withhold and pay any required taxes and other UNMIK/Kosovo mandated
contributions to the proper government agency. In accordance with AED policy, you will be eligible for the benefits
summarized in the attached AED Kosovo Benefits Guide. A detailed explanation of those benefits and payroll
withholding amounts will be provided on your first day of employment.

Your first scheduled pay date is December 5. 2008. On your first day of employment, please rep'ort at 9.00 am to Mark
Pommerville, Chief of Party at the Initiating Positive Change Program in Kosovo office located at Perandori

Dioklecian St., # 14, 3rd floor, Pristina. Given your hire date, the effective date ofyour next review and increase will
be on your anniversary date (11/17/2009). Please note that such an increase is not automatic and must reflect at least a
successful performance rating.
