A Virtual Assistant Specialist.

I'm a former Quality Assurance from a manufacturing company. I've been working there for almost two decades until I decided to leave the company to switch to the VA industry. My main role on this job is leading a team, making sure the team is efficient every day, and making a pivot report for weekly rejects that will be reported on the weekly meeting.

I'm a passionate, creative, hard worker and can work under minimal supervision.

Secondly, I had a part-time job last 2021 as an FBA product Researcher for almost a year. I'm happy doing this job and found it suitable for my skills and interest. Especially if there is a tool to use, the job makes it easier. There is a chart automatically displayed in any Amazon product and common criteria will easily see while doing the product sourcing. And also the Proficiency Calculator that you can easily calculate the profitability of an item.

Together with my part-time job, I worked at BPO Industry as a Customer Service Representative from April to December 2021. We are assisting a food delivery driver during their delivery and if there is an issue.
