Roles include assisting with the buys for both brands, communicating with Global on areas such as marketing, standards etc., completing KPI reports for Global, ACSA reports, Individual targets for the staff, store targets, performance reviews on staff, hiring staff, dealing with staff and customer issues, stock take and management, sales monitoring and drive. The above are a few of the roles I am tasked with however there are many other tasks as well.
