I am software engineer with 15+ years of experience. I have worked for top tech companies including Facebook London. Recently I quit my job to work remotely from Turkey/Ankara because of family reasons. 

I am best known by "getting things done", and "problem solving" end to end.

I have experience with Java, Hack, Python and many other languages.

I have developed with ReactJS, Flux, Redux.

I am not an ML engineer but I have developed machine learning/ deep learning models by using fblearner and pytorch for ads ranking(fblearner), image classification, fake detection, medical diagnosis(mostly CNNs with pytorch).

I managed teams from different cultures up to 10+ engineers.

I have built teams, interviewed 100s of engineers. Coached many engineers from junior levels to senior levels.

I believe in engineering culture, personal growth of engineers, strong diff reviews, rapid prototyping and being data driven.
