I worked as a Customer Service for more than 6 years, email and chat support is also my skills. Appointment setter is also one of my job before, It was lasted for 7 months, I really enjoy that moment when you are working but you can’t feel that your working , it’s because the co-worker that you had its really the funniest people .I believe that the people surrounds you will affect your job. But it’s up to you on how handle the pressure as well. I was a Operation Supervisor in a manpower agency. And handle administrative work such as time keeping and payroll. I'm the one who disburse the pay check for the employee that was under on my supervision. I know that I'm a newbie for this type of job, but I will do my best to do my job. Being a new in this industry doesn't mean that you are a failure It is how you handle and focus on your goals. Setting goals and metrics can help identify your opportunities and weakness, so that you can improve your skills and talent. It is very important that you are aware on your opportunities. Dealing with a different person is a challenge for me. For this past years of doing technical and customer service I can say that this already a passion. A job can be your passion so that you can’t tell that your working, because it is want you love the most. Most of my job requires operations, meaning no holiday no weekends. Always on the go. Ready to assist, ready to render services no matter how hard the situation is. I was also worked as a personal secretary before on a marketing company. Taking care all the meeting, emails and answered all the calls from clients, not to mentioned delivery for the stocks. In short all around assistant . I am a determined and multi task person.
