As a certified Mental Health Counselor and Psychotherapist, I lead the team at Soule Therapy, a counseling firm providing exceptional care for mental health concerns. My expertise extends to supporting young people in overcoming issues like anxiety, PTSD, and depression relapse. With over 50 young clients successfully guided on their healing journeys, my passion for positive impact is evident.

My influence extends beyond clinical practice. I actively promotes mental health awareness, character development, and personal growth through various initiatives. As the lead mentor at The Complete Teen Initiative, a non-profit organization, I mentors teenagers through a virtual academy, equipping them with self-discovery tools and fostering a positive impact mindset. This initiative has further expanded its reach through collaborations with Soule Therapy, organizing mental health tours for secondary schools.
