PROJECT/ PORTFOLIO PIECES:
Here are some of the project pieces I have successfully worked on:
1.
As portrayed in the sample below, the purpose of this project was to track and monitor the
lifecycle of Purchase Orders raised for the supply of products from when the POs are raised

till when the goods are paid for. I was solely responsible for populating this tracker, and with
the use of excel formulas I was able to automate a lot of manual processes.
At the end of this project, it was easy for all members of the team and relevant stakeholders
to monitor supplier performance, supply efficiency and efficiencies/ defaults in making
payments to suppliers and on areas to improve, also for making business decisions.
2. The project displayed below was created to track demand requests from the sales team,
delivery dates, order numbers and payment dates. It was used to reconcile order numbers
with payments made by customers and to monitor agent performance in generating demand
leads and profitable transactions. This was used by the heads of the business in making
business decisions, deciding commission payout structure, and having visibility into
Accounts Receivables.

3. I carried out an analysis on supplier performance from inception of the business till date.
This was used to ascertain our best performing and under-performing suppliers, as well as
payment terms and credit value with each supplier for all categories of the business.
4. As seen in the table below, I created and was responsible for monitoring the success and
progress of recruiting new staff into the trading team. This helps the head of the team stay
up to date at every point in time on where we are with the recruitment process and the HR
team as well on the specific roles being recruited for.

The sample project shown below involves the clear definition and explanation of all
processes involved in the execution of trades, and all relevant stages of a trade at every point
in time. At the end of this project, there was clear communication and understanding
between all relevant stakeholders on the relevant processes required to complete a trade.

6. I conducted extensive research on markets in Lagos and across all states in Nigeria as well as
the estimated value of trade, types of trade that goes in these markets. The result of this
project is that it was an essential piece of information used in deciding which markets the

7. Job Description Creation: I was responsible for creating suitable job descriptions for new
roles the business intended to recruit for. The result of this was used to enable the
