I am a dedicated professional with more than 13 years of combined experience in data entry, healthcare transaction processing, and logistics operations. I specialize in accurate data management, administrative support, and end-to-end shipment coordination for international air freight.

I started my career at Conduent Inc. in Cebu City as a Transaction Processor and Data Entry Operator, where I handled healthcare account records and medical documentation. My role required interpreting medical documents, accurately entering data into systems, reviewing records for completeness, and maintaining strict confidentiality under HIPAA regulations. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments.

After several years in healthcare data processing, I transitioned into the logistics industry and worked with Kuehne + Nagel as an Airfreight Import Specialist. In this role, I managed import and export air freight shipments from start to finish. My responsibilities included shipment bookings, documentation processing, tracking and tracing cargo, billing clients and agents, issuing airway bills, and ensuring all shipping documents were accurate and organized.

Through my logistics experience, I developed strong knowledge in transportation operations, shipment coordination, and global freight documentation. I am skilled in handling multiple shipments while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines. My ability to analyze information, solve problems quickly, and communicate effectively with clients and partners allows me to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of the Visayas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Salazar Colleges of Science Institute of Technology. My academic background, combined with my professional experience, allows me to adapt quickly to new tasks and work effectively in diverse environments.
