Cell:-, Email:-Professional Experience Summary I hold over seven years of experience in program monitoring and evaluation, data management and statistical data analysis within PEPFAR/CDC funded programs as a Strategic Information Lead, data manager and data officer. This includes developing and maintaining data management workflows, designing databases for data collection, developing, and maintaining data repositories for data access and archiving, conducting data analysis for scientific writing and program use, and providing overall leadership roles over Health informatics, Data management and Strategic Information. Key responsibilities and achievements. • Designing and implementing M&E systems capable of timely tracking of performance. • Collaborating with the project team in identifying project activities, processes and outcomes for documentation and sharing lessons learned and best practices. • Overseeing, implementing, and monitoring all monitoring and evaluation activities for the program. • Scale up use of HMIS systems for HIV programming. • Conduct training and workshops related to M&E for program, county, sub-county and facility teams. • Coordinate data sharing, access and use for program and stakeholders. • Lead in developing of scientific write ups for the program. • Conduct routine and ad hoc analysis of patient level and aggregate data to inform programming and to fulfill reporting needs. I was responsible for program data management, data analysis and reporting. • Management of program data including supporting data entry, data cleaning, standardization and validation for reporting. • Developing and providing technical support in management of program databases including DATIM, 3PM, DRAWS and the KHIS so as to meet data requirements for the program, the MoH, CDC and other stakeholders. • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports for donor reporting and dissemination to program teams, MoH, CDC and other stakeholders. • Ensuring concordance in all data management and reporting systems through regular revision and updates. • Participating in data abstraction, cleaning, analysis and writing for development of manuscripts and abstracts.
