Emmanuel Patrick is a Diaspora Diplomat, Certified Champion, and Award-Winning Orator & Negotiator with over seven years of experience in nonprofit leadership. He currently serves as the Acting Chairperson of the Federation of Liberian Communities in East Africa and is Chairperson Emeritus of the Liberian Community in Rwanda. He has also served as Former Secretary of the African Union Students’ Platform Parliament and is a dedicated advocate for diaspora engagement, legal advocacy, and regional integration. Emmanuel holds a Certificate in Policy Advocacy, Good Governance, and Leadership from the Young Political Leadership School.

Through his leadership roles, he has played a vital part in uniting and empowering Liberians across borders, advancing diaspora engagement, and strengthening regional cooperation.
A passionate legal enthusiast, Emmanuel distinguished himself as Best Orator and Inaugural Champion of the 2024 National Negotiation Competition in Rwanda, where he showcased excellence in legal reasoning, negotiation, and strategic dialogue. His passion for youth engagement and Pan-African cooperation has also earned him several notable positions, including Former Secretary of Parliament at the African Union Students’ Platform Parliament and Former Representative of Liberia to the International Council of the African Law Students Association.
