I worked on improving and streamlining website platform in each department for the dog welfare organisation. The new recruitment system ICIMS is used to improve recruitment and onboarding for candidates that apply for roles within the company. I successfully delivered an end to end Group HR project where each region within the organisation needed an HR system that can be able to deliver in each of its module, particularly payroll. The aim of the project was to help lessen the task of HR in each region by having a global centralised HR system to automate its processes without much manual labour from staff. This project was delivered through waterfall methodology

I successfully delivered a digital transformational project by implementing the eCommerce web application, supplier relationship management system which manages the relationship between the business team and the supplier and a forward order automation solution for Next where customers can place bulk items in transit to the warehouse. The project aimed to improve customers’ experience and automate the process to ensure that suppliers meet a delivery performance so that customers can receive their orders in time. I collaborated with stakeholders to identify and document requirements and business rules and worked alongside the product owner, all done within agile methodology.
