Am Emmanuel Oboh Ayegbeni,I studied Chemical Engineering; I have ten years experience in Recycling of plastic waste and three years experience as a customer care representative with MTN communications;where I handled customer queries such as inability to load cards, can't make or receive calls, missing credit,using CRM to resolve their concerns.
