Over the years, I work as a Billing support specialist for Tek Experts a blue chip cloud infrastructure company that specialises in Microsoft Azure products. I supported technically in providing resolutions to their clients backend technical issues 

I later worked with Insurance Supermarket Inc. as a customer support agent where I assisted in verifying customers eligibility for life insurance policies and transferred potential clients to the licenced advisors within the United States.
