Emmanuel Elikplim

I am a graduate of Accounting from University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara state, Nigeria with a Masters degree in view from my alma mater. For about ten years, I have taught several subjects at the elementary school, high school and advanced levels such as Mathematics, English Language, Financial and Cost Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Government, Literature in English, Agricultural Science, Basic technology and Computer science, Quantitative and Verbal Reasoning.among others. I also acquired leadership experience when I served as school coordinator, Assistant Headmaster, debate coach, examination and disciplinary committee member. My responsibilities included overseeing the staff activities, involvement in staff recruitment and training, vetting of lesson notes, interacting with parents and guardians, guidance and counselling, student and staff discipline and other logistics.

Furthermore, I worked as an accountant in a firm for about six months where I handled the preparation of loan disbursement and recovery accounts, payroll, cashbook as well as mediating between the staff and the management, resolving customer-related issues, staff recruitment and training.

More also, three different advanced level centers employed my services on a part time basis for Tutelage in social science subjects including English Language.

These experiences have enabled me to learn team work, emotional intelligence, time management, working under pressure and meeting deadlines, problem-solving and analytical skills and handling human resources.

Being one who appreciates continuous learning, I have acquired certifications in Proficiency in writing, Basic French Language, professional ethics, soft skills, Microsoft Excel apart from other uncertified trainings in Microsoft word and PowerPoint.

I am also build my skills in research and data analytics. Nevertheless, I am always open to new opportunities to learn, serve and help individuals, organizations and communities improve.

I love to explore new areas and try dynamic and better ways of doing things. I appreciate the beauty and benefits that constant change and growth can offer.
