The value of having love for people can not be over-emphasized, this is what drives me as both a customer service personnel and an ESL tutor. I have a burning desire to help people solve their problems which drives me to learn all it takes to make sure that the problem is solved. Having worked in the customer care industry for 3 years, I have gathered a critical understanding of how to deal with the customer especially when they are frustrated as a result of their inability to achieve a certain goal with the company's product. This critical skill got me promoted from just a front desk customer care agent to the Customer Relationship Manager of Dubiss Forex Academy in 2022.
