Emma Paculdo

My degree has given me the theory and practice of teaching and my work experience has provided me in field practice, specifically for adult learners. My work experience involves developing programs and modules. My learners have diverse backgrounds and various purposes and needs for taking that program while understanding the standards of the institution or company. I have developed making curricula for business administration, customer service and technical writing for companies and academic institutions. This would involve a short needs analysis, content development with matching assessment and evaluation, adapting to what the company needed. My goal was to bridge that need and the expectations of the company.

I am passionate about pursuing challenges, and I am interested in immersing myself through different environments. I pride myself is meeting deadlines and meeting and exceeding expectations. I believe that I can contribute to your company by partaking that skill to your students.
