Hello, my name is Emma Mildred Valenzuela and I've been in a call center industry for nine years i started as technical support agent for DSL account we received calls from existing and non-existing customers and give them assistance regarding their Internet, Phone ,Email and Security software issues we also helped in assisting customers regarding their concern from other LOB’s like Billing, Sales, Retention and so forth. With that experience it helped me become more passionate and patient in resolving my customers issues. It also helped me understand different sale strategies and techniques and even help me become knowledgeable about telemarketing tools and methods.

With dedication and hardwork I got promoted as a team leader we monitored team performance and report on metrics, Provide floor support making sure that agents are implementing required process and updates Handled client escalations are just some of our tasks. As a supervisor I learn how to execute difficult tasks with precision. I pay attention to all the details of a project. I make sure that every tasks is done not just right, but is also completed in a timely manner. Throughout my career I have remained successful by making well thought, calculated decisions based on the needs of my employer. I am highly organized, hard working, reliable, consistent and self motivated with an ability to go beyond the expectations of my clients.

I also have Virtual Assistant experience, I have a direct client before. And as his VA I handled aldmin tasks, reporting, answering emails, creating presentations, setting appointments and cold calling. and with 9 years experience with call center companies i am really looking forward to be able to attribute the skills as well as the knowledge, that I have learned with my previous companies and be able to put them all together to be the best virtual assistant that you can have.
