My name is Emirfranz Vincecruz and I have experience in telemarketing, specifically Outbound accounts such as lead generation for a Solar campaign, Energy, Realty, Insurances and Mortgage. I have experience as well in inbound accounts such as Customer Service for Technical support and as well 2nd tier Billing.

I started as an agent and worked my way up as Quality Assurance Specialist and became a assistant Team Leader in the span of 2 years. Currently right now I have been working with BPO companies for almost 4 years and been doing home based/remote work for realty companies and as well management offices for clinics, but I am willing to try new things and make use of what I have learned especially when it comes to customer satisfaction and resolution.
