I have been working for the past 8 years as a Customer Service Representative. I have worked with KGB, HSBC and Capital One and they gave me complete knowledge of how everything works in a company. During that time I have been trained and certified on a number of different tasks, policies, and projects. I am also trained on how to deal with different types of customers where we evaluate each and every one of them based on their lifestyle and how they will interact with us (associates) so you would know on how to pacify or engage with the customers in different situations.
Just to give you a background of what we do aside from providing information to the customers. We also deal with back office reports, follow up/callback and we also engage with customers like talking to a real friend and make them feel that they are valued and that we are always on their side.
I would really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill set, flexible and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer and to make sure that every customer smiles at the end of the call.
Apart from those key strength that I have, I am currently using top devices like an Apple Macbook Air with 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor, Turbo Boost up to 2.7GHz, Intel HD Graphics 6000 with 8GB memory and my headphones are Logitech and Plantronics which are best for call center environment.
