Emily Wairimu Kibui

For close to 15 years I have worked in three different companies in Administrative and Customer Service roles. During this time I have aquired great skills and expertise in mostly Customer Service and also Administration. My best experience has been in customer service, the interaction with different kinds of customers has broaden my knowledge in service and I found that I really enjoy serving. From my experience I have learnt how to handle customer issues without prejudice or favourism, I treat all my customer equally. Am also good at keeping my cool and calming down agitated customers, also assuring troubled customers that all is well and they are in the right place and in safe hands.

I am trainable and ready to explore new roles on the digital world so here I am ready to work as a remote/virtual employee in roles related to Customer Service or Administration.
