OBJECTIVE
Seeking an administrative, secretary, or receptionist position. My goal is to move out of the field of education and into an
office work setting. The skills I developed as a teacher will transfer very nicely into the field of administrative and office
support. Education is mostly paperwork, data collection, and analysis when you really get down to it. Yes, there is
teaching involved, but about 75% of the work had to do with collecting, entering, and analyzing data, as well as
communicating with various departments and members of the public. All of these skills will nicely transfer over to the
positions you have available.
