As a writer and editor by trade, I offer the following services: proofreading, translation editing, copy editing, line editing, developmental editing, content creating, individual scene, flash fiction, short story, novelette, novella, and novel.

I have roughly 20 years of experience in writing, ever since my first short story written at the tender age of five. I have written a number of different types of content, although I specialise in fiction of varying lengths and will only write non-fiction up to 5,000 words. My favoured genres are fantasy, romance and adventure in young adult and new adult categories. I am currently working on a high fantasy novel.

I have roughly 2 years of experience in editing formally and/or professionally, but have been editing in some form or other for almost as long as my writing experience. I have edited many types of content, including fiction translated from Chinese to English, a client’s business proposal and various fiction stories and books.

My rates depend on the service being purchased, but can range from $12 AUD per 1,000 words to $32 AUD per 1,000 words. Of the services listed above, some also come for a price each, ranging from $10 AUD each to $15 AUD each.

I also require a minimum non-refundable deposit calculated by the price of the service being purchased, ranging from $5 AUD to $20 AUD. This deposit is included in the final price. If money is an issue, I also offer payment plans of 25% paid in weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments.

I require a signed General Service Agreement, and offer one free sample for a quote.

A writing sample can be of something I've already written or up to 500 words of what you'd like me to write, depending on the total length you're looking for.

An editing sample is up to 1,000 words, and is used to gauge the following information: how long it will take me to edit your work, what I will be dealing with in your work, and to show you my editing style.
