Customer Service has taken me from talking to upset customers with missing luggage on an airline to people needing tracking numbers for their missing packages from an e-commerce website. My fascination with helping people and finding new ways to solve problems, strong attention to detail, and interest in new technologies make me an ideal candidate to join your company.
At my latest job at Alohas, I worked closely with the owners to implement new ways to improve the Customer Service Department. I have over 7 years of experience using Slack, Trello, Zendesk, Asana, Shopify, and Hubspot. Lately, I’ve been learning about AI for image and video creation. In previous positions, I have had the chance to apply my knowledge in Excel.
