My experienced as a chat support agent started 3 years ago but my career as a customer support has been more than six years, and I am still working in the same field.
I can be easily trained with the workflow process and tools needed to provide exemplary customer service, under less supervision. I am knowledgeable on some email platforms such as; Freshdesk, and HelpScout. Added to that, I am also familiar with chat software like; LivechatINC, and Chatra. My typing speed also at 80 words per minute, and I am very confident with my English writing ability.
I am adept in following work protocols on how to handle customer needs and in assisting them to find the solution to their problem.
