As the CEO and Co-Founder of Zare Innovations, I’m driven by a passion for creating meaningful opportunities and delivering impactful solutions. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of building a company that connects Ethiopia’s skilled workforce to clients across the US, Europe, and Africa. In just one year, we’ve partnered with 12+ clients, created over 20 jobs, and delivered services ranging from custom ERP development to CRM implementation and e-commerce platforms for growing businesses.

With over eight years of experience in software development, project management, and business analysis, I’ve worked on a variety of projects, including municipal bond market platforms, statewide tax processing systems, and wellness platforms serving 50,000+ users. My focus has always been on bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring every project delivers measurable results.

At Zare Innovations, I’m proud of how far we’ve come in a short time. From optimizing ESG reporting for a $500M private equity fund in Senegal to mining data for hundreds of journalists across Africa, our work reflects the potential of Ethiopia’s talent and the value we bring to our clients. More than just a company, Zare Innovations is about creating opportunities—for our clients to grow their businesses and for our team to grow their careers.

What drives me most is the impact we’re making. Whether it’s helping a local shoe seller scale their business through an e-commerce platform or guiding our team to solve complex client challenges, every success reminds me why I started this journey. My goal is to keep building partnerships, empowering our team, and showcasing Ethiopia’s capabilities to the world.
