Elvis Josue Lopez Maldonado

I am a Civil Engineer with a master's degree in Building Technology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain.

I currently have my own business dedicated to the construction of industrial and commercial works, and have 5 years of personal experience as a resident engineer in multiple constructions, such as commercial and industrial buildings. Within my tasks I am able to plan, execute and manage the projects from start to finish. Also, in my experience in one of my jobs I was in charge of calculating the estimates cost of many projects, using tools such as Excel and OPUS (engineering software for cost estimates).
