I worked in the BPO industry for 2 years as an inbound and outbound call center agent answering to customer inquiries, technical support, and other related calls. With this, I was able to develop the skills necessary for a virtual assistant like data entry, data research, amazon product researcher, a bit of photo editing,customer service, email correspondence/support and more.

As for product research, I have been introduced to tools in finding profitable products like Tactical Arbitrage, Junglescout, Revseller, Inventory and FBA Wizard. A spreadsheet is provided with the required set criteria where I enter items that passed these criteria. I am also familiar with the Seller Central dashboard like adding products via upload or manually, remove negative feedback, reply to customer inquiries. I use Google docs and Drive, familiar with Shopify as well inventory management

 I am passionate about work, goal oriented, hard working and easily trained.
