A decade of pervasive contact-center experience, started with technical support, trained and focus on domain registration, managing the domains team and is currently responsible in ensuring a company policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards. 

I was able to strengthened my skills in troubleshooting website, emails, domains, scripting or any technical issues while working in a web hosting company. Broadened my knowledge and expertise in web hosting focusing on Domain name system and was properly trained to fix any domain related issue at the back end. My skills and fussy work ethic were recognized with a promotion to a Team Leader. On that account, I have gained new responsibilities relating to leading/supporting teams and producing performance reports for senior management. Two years ago, I finally got the Registry Compliance Manager position wherein bigger and critical responsibilities were assigned to me. 

Through my work experiences, I had expanded my abilities to provide excellent service in a professional manner. My background in the people service industry has equipped me with time management skills. I have an outstanding problem-solving skills that allow me to respond to client complaints or issues professionally and offer possible resolution.
